I'm exploring various options for backend systems that allow interactive web services and one system I found is a live chat service offered from http://www.comm100.com/. I'm currently using it on my website http://www.infinigence.com and it works great (AND ITS FREE). It was easy to setup and provides tools to manage your chats and monitor when someone visits your website. Comm 100 provides several other tools that I haven't had a chance to check out yet and also is just offering an option for using the mobile phone. Please check it out and comment with feedback.
